Strawberry Matcha + Protein Latte
Instructions:
- In a tall glass, add the strawberries and sugar. Crush them with a muddler until puréed. Alternatively, finely chop or blend the strawberries and mix with the sugar.
- Add ice cubes on top of the strawberry purée.
- Pour milk over the ice and set aside.
- Sift Matcha + Protein powder into a small bowl. Add hot boiling water and whisk until frothy for 30 seconds.
- Pour the matcha mixture over the milk.
- Stir gently to combine before enjoying.
