Ingredients

  • 4 medium fresh ripe strawberries, stems removed
  • 2.5 tablespoons white granulated sugar (or substitute with honey or maple syrup)
  • 8 ice cubes
  • ¾ cup milk (or plant-based milk like oat or almond milk)
  • 1.5 teaspoons Matcha Masta Matcha + Protein
  • 4 tablespoons hot boiling water

Strawberry Matcha + Protein Latte

Instructions:

  1. In a tall glass, add the strawberries and sugar. Crush them with a muddler until puréed. Alternatively, finely chop or blend the strawberries and mix with the sugar.
  2. Add ice cubes on top of the strawberry purée.
  3. Pour milk over the ice and set aside.
  4. Sift Matcha + Protein powder into a small bowl. Add hot boiling water and whisk until frothy for 30 seconds.
  5. Pour the matcha mixture over the milk.
  6. Stir gently to combine before enjoying.
