  • 1 cup (200g) granulated sugar
  • 16 oz (450g) Philadelphia cream cheese, softened
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup (240ml) heavy cream
  • 1 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Matcha + Protein Baked Cheesecake

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 205°C (400°F). Line a 6-inch round cake pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, sift Matcha + Protein powder and mix it with sugar to prevent clumps.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
  4. Add the sugar & matcha mixture and continue beating until well combined.
  5. Mix in the eggs one at a time, followed by the heavy cream, vanilla extract, and flour.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and smooth the surface.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes until the top is golden brown and the center is slightly jiggly.
  8. Let the cheesecake cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
  9. Slice and enjoy!
