Matcha + Protein Baked Cheesecake
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 205°C (400°F). Line a 6-inch round cake pan with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, sift Matcha + Protein powder and mix it with sugar to prevent clumps.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
- Add the sugar & matcha mixture and continue beating until well combined.
- Mix in the eggs one at a time, followed by the heavy cream, vanilla extract, and flour.
- Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and smooth the surface.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until the top is golden brown and the center is slightly jiggly.
- Let the cheesecake cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
- Slice and enjoy!
