On the product page of your chosen item, select “Subscribe & Save”, choose your preferred delivery frequency, and check out as usual.
Your first order will arrive within 2–5 business days, and future deliveries will automatically follow the frequency you selected.
After placing your order, you’ll see a “Manage Subscription” button on the Thank You page. You’ll also receive an email with the same link.
Click either one, and you’ll be taken to your Subscription Portal, where you can easily view or manage your subscription details.
You have full control through your Customer Portal, where you can:
- View your subscription details and order history
- Cancel, pause, or resume your subscription anytime
- Skip or reschedule upcoming deliveries
- Adjust product quantities
- Add, remove, or swap products
- Apply discount codes
- Update your payment method and shipping address
You’ll be automatically charged on your renewal date each month, based on the day you first subscribed.
For example, if you subscribed on November 28, your next charge will be on December 28, and then on the 28th of every month after that.
We’ll send you a reminder email 7 days before your renewal so you have time to review or make any changes to your upcoming order — like skipping a delivery, swapping products, or canceling before payment is processed.

Yes; however, this is only applicable to Matcha + Protein and Matcha + Collagen. As you get the tins in the first order, our team will swap your order from tins to refill bags before your next delivery date comes, so you will receive the refills in your next orders instead of tins.
For the time being, we don’t have refill bags for Hojicha + Collagen and Matcha + Vitamin D.
Yes, you’re in full control! You can pause, skip, or cancel your upcoming delivery through your customer portal.
