Orders take 1-2 working days to get fulfilled. After the order gets fulfilled, orders within Singapore usually take up to 2-4 working days, orders shipped to Malaysia will take about 5 working days, and orders shipped to the US will take about 9+ working days for standard shipping and 2-3 working days for priority shipping.

We currently only ship within Singapore, Malaysia and the US at the moment and there are shipping fees applied for these locations. But hey, no one can resist this Magic Nutrition. Purchases are final and we do not accept returns or refunds. 

However, if your order arrives damaged, please email us at hi@matchamasta.com  as soon as you can! Just include your order number and a photo of the item. We’re here to help and will review each situation individually to find the best solution for you.
