Matcha + Protein Lava Toast

Instructions:

  1. Spread the condensed milk evenly between the two slices of bread, then gently press them together.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together the egg, 1 tsp of Matcha + Protein powder, and the milk until fully combined.
  3. Dip the sandwich into the matcha-egg mixture, ensuring both sides are well coated.
  4. Melt the butter in a pan over medium heat, then toast the bread on both sides until golden brown.
  5. Remove from the pan and let it cool slightly.
  6. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream with the sugar and the remaining 1 tsp of Matcha + Protein powder until soft peaks form.
  7. Spread or drizzle the whipped matcha cream over the toast.
  8. For a chilled treat, refrigerate for 10-15 minutes before serving.
