Matcha + Protein Nama Chocolate
Instructions:
- Line a 6-inch square baking pan with parchment paper, leaving overhangs for easy removal.
 - In a small saucepan, heat heavy cream over medium heat until steaming but not boiling.
 - Place chopped white chocolate in a heatproof bowl. Pour the hot cream over the chocolate and let sit for a minute. Then, gently stir until the chocolate is completely melted and the mixture is smooth.
 - Sift Matcha Masta Matcha + Protein powder over the chocolate mixture and stir until fully incorporated.
 - Add softened butter and mix until smooth and glossy.
 - Pour the mixture into the prepared pan, smoothing the top with a spatula.
 - Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until firm.
 - Using the parchment overhangs, lift the set chocolate out of the pan.
 - Warm a sharp knife with hot water, wipe dry, and cut the chocolate into small squares, cleaning the knife between cuts for clean edges.
 - Dust the tops of the chocolates with additional matcha powder before serving.
