Ingredients

  • 300g white chocolate, finely chopped
  • 150ml heavy cream
  • 15g Matcha Masta Matcha + Protein
  • 20g unsalted butter, softened
  • Extra matcha powder, for dusting

Matcha + Protein Nama Chocolate

Instructions:

  1. Line a 6-inch square baking pan with parchment paper, leaving overhangs for easy removal.
  2. In a small saucepan, heat heavy cream over medium heat until steaming but not boiling.
  3. Place chopped white chocolate in a heatproof bowl. Pour the hot cream over the chocolate and let sit for a minute. Then, gently stir until the chocolate is completely melted and the mixture is smooth.
  4. Sift Matcha Masta Matcha + Protein powder over the chocolate mixture and stir until fully incorporated.
  5. Add softened butter and mix until smooth and glossy.
  6. Pour the mixture into the prepared pan, smoothing the top with a spatula.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until firm.
  8. Using the parchment overhangs, lift the set chocolate out of the pan.
  9. Warm a sharp knife with hot water, wipe dry, and cut the chocolate into small squares, cleaning the knife between cuts for clean edges.
  10. Dust the tops of the chocolates with additional matcha powder before serving.
