Matcha + Protein Tiramisu
Instructions:
- Double-boil egg yolk + sugar (Sabayon method)
 - Mix in the mascarpone
 - Whip the cream and fold all ingredients together
 - Whisk up Matcha + Protein powder with hot warm water
 - Dip ladyfingers in matcha mixture
 - Layer ladyfinger and mascarpone repeatedly
 - Leave it in the fridge for 15-20 mins and dust with more matcha powder
 - Enjoy!
