Matcha + Protein Tiramisu

Instructions:

  1. Double-boil egg yolk + sugar (Sabayon method)
  2. Mix in the mascarpone
  3. Whip the cream and fold all ingredients together
  4. Whisk up Matcha + Protein powder with hot warm water
  5. Dip ladyfingers in matcha mixture
  6. Layer ladyfinger and mascarpone repeatedly
  7. Leave it in the fridge for 15-20 mins and dust with more matcha powder
  8. Enjoy!
