Ingredients

  • 3g Matcha Masta Matcha + Protein
  • 30ml hot water
  • 30g heavy cream
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 pinch of sea salt (adjust to taste)
  • Ice cubes

Sea Salt Matcha + Protein Latte

Instructions:

  1. In a small bowl, whisk 3g of Matcha Masta Matcha + Protein with 30ml of hot water in a zig-zag motion until fully dissolved and frothy.
  2. In a separate container, blend 30g of heavy cream with 1 tsp of sugar and a pinch of sea salt using a hand blender. Blend until the mixture thickens to a creamy consistency.
  3. Fill a serving glass with ice cubes, then pour the whisked matcha mixture over the ice.
  4. Gently layer the sea salt cream over the matcha by pouring it on top.
  5. Serve immediately and enjoy!
