Sea Salt Matcha + Protein Latte
Instructions:
- In a small bowl, whisk 3g of Matcha Masta Matcha + Protein with 30ml of hot water in a zig-zag motion until fully dissolved and frothy.
- In a separate container, blend 30g of heavy cream with 1 tsp of sugar and a pinch of sea salt using a hand blender. Blend until the mixture thickens to a creamy consistency.
- Fill a serving glass with ice cubes, then pour the whisked matcha mixture over the ice.
- Gently layer the sea salt cream over the matcha by pouring it on top.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
