Ingredients

  • 6g Matcha Masta Matcha + Protein
  • 45ml hot water
  • 120ml any milk
  • 40g whipping cream
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • A pinch of sea salt

Cream Top Matcha + Protein Latte

Instructions:

  1. In a small bowl, whisk Matcha + Protein powder with hot water in a zigzag motion until fully dissolved.
  2. In a separate bowl, blend the whipping cream with sugar and sea salt using a hand blender until the cream thickens.
  3. Add ice to a cup, then pour in the matcha and milk mixture over the ice.
  4. Gently pour the whipped cream over the top.
  5. Serve immediately and enjoy!
