Matcha + Protein Brown Butter Cookies
Instructions:
- In a large bowl, mix all the dry ingredients (flour, baking powder, salt, and Matcha + Protein powder) until there are no clumps.
- In a separate bowl, combine the melted brown butter, brown sugar, eggs, and a few drops of vanilla extract. Whisk until smooth.
- Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and whisk everything together until a dough forms.
- Fold in the chocolate chips if using.
- Preheat the oven to 177°C (350°F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Scoop the dough onto the baking sheet, spacing the cookies evenly.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until the edges are lightly golden.
- Let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!
