Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 5 tsp Matcha Masta Matcha + Protein
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup melted brown butter
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • A few drops of vanilla extract
  • White chocolate chips (optional)

Matcha + Protein Brown Butter Cookies

Instructions:

  1. In a large bowl, mix all the dry ingredients (flour, baking powder, salt, and Matcha + Protein powder) until there are no clumps.
  2. In a separate bowl, combine the melted brown butter, brown sugar, eggs, and a few drops of vanilla extract. Whisk until smooth.
  3. Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and whisk everything together until a dough forms.
  4. Fold in the chocolate chips if using.
  5. Preheat the oven to 177°C (350°F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  6. Scoop the dough onto the baking sheet, spacing the cookies evenly.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes until the edges are lightly golden.
  8. Let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!
